    They gave me a counterfeit $100 bill in a withdrawal and will not assist me to resolve the problem. I'm this holiday season, me as the consumer is just out $100. I have been shielded from talking to their branch manager / regional manager and have not received any of the promised call backs as well as put off to a retail escalations team that says this is an issue they can resolve easily at the branch. I am also in retail management and know something can be done to help with a horrible customer experience -Tom B

    My family has been going to Michele's for years. She has a great system going - she knows what she's doing, and cares about her clients. Last year we made a sit-down appointment, but this year we just dropped our forms off and picked them up about a week later. Convenient and priced well.

    I would never go back to Michele's Tax Service ever again. I had explained to secretary twice about residency in two different state. Michele is only one to do taxes and not two other people who works there. I have requested them to fix it, waited for a month! She told me she is going to fix after tax season, no excuse! I recommended for everyone not go there to do their service! They messed up twice! I am done to have their service! I'm going somewhere else who are well done professional!
